- 250 ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 1/2 Fresh ripe banana
- 50 g Frozen blackberries
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Add the milk into the blender
- Add the Banana
- Add the Frozen Blackberries
- Add the Honey
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into glass or travel mug or bottle
