Very easy to make healthy meal. The Germidour garlic is ideal when combined with salmon & lemon because of it's mild subtle garlic flavour.

Equipment

  • 1 Chef Knife
  • 1 Oven or Air Fryer
  • 1 Baking tray
  • 1 Kitchen foil

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves Germidour garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Chopped oregano

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients – crush the garlic and slice the lemon
  • Put the salmon on the kitchen foil and Rub the olive oil onto the salmon
  • Sprinkle the garlic, salt, pepper and oregano onto the salmon. Put the lemon slices on top
  • Close the kitchen foil on top until sealed
  • Put in a preheated oven or air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
