Ingredients

Rosemary

Runny Honey

Sparkling water

Instructions
1. Prepare ingredients
Squeeze the juice from 3 of the lemons
Pour the juice into a saucepan and add the honey
Add 2 of the rosemary sprigs
2. Make the syrup
Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes
Let cool for 30 minutes and then remove the rosemary sprigs
Put in a sealed container and leave in a fridge for about 1 hour
3. Make the lemonade
Pour 30 ml of syrup into a glass, add the last rosemary sprig, sliced lemon and sparkling water
