Yoghurt & orange juice smoothie
Combining Greek yoghurt & orange juice will make a lovely smoothie, especially when adding other fruits..
It’s easy to make and ideal when:
- Blended with Blueberries & banana
- Or strawberries or other fruits.
Orange juice is great for making smoothies – but there are lots of other fruits you can use to make your own preferred flavour. Such as blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, etc.

For example according to research both blueberry & cranberry are fruits with some of the highest antioxidant properties. Orange juice is well known for the benefits of vitamin C.
The Greek yoghurt has 0 % fat but contains protein and other nutrients. Similarly a banana also contains nutrients.
This is a great meal replacement smoothie. One option is to add some protein powder, which will prevent hunger between meals as well as your muscles.


Yoghurt & orange juice smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender or smoothie maker
Ingredients
- 225 ml Orange juice
- 3 tbsp 0 % fat Greek yoghurt
- 50 g Frozen blueberries
- 1/2 Fresh ripe banana
Instructions
- Pour the orange juice into the blender
- Add the Greek Yoghurt
- Then also add the blueberries and banana
- Blend until smooth
- Pour and enjoy
