Minted peas with mint sauce

It’s easy to make and one of your 5 a day. Lovely vegetable dish for use in many meals - such as Bangers & Mash, Shepherd's Pie and Roast Meats.

  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl

Ingredients

  • 250 g Frozen Peas
  • 1 tbsp Mint Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped
  • 10 g Butter

Instructions

  • Put the frozen peas in a microwave-safe bowl and add 1 tbs water.
  • Cook on high for 4 minutes or until hot.
  • At the same time chop the mint leaves into small parts.
  • Drain the peas and then add the butter, mint sauce and mint leaves.
  • Stir until the butter melts.
  • Serve and enjoy.
