Prepare the ingredients.- Pick the thyme, remove the leaves from the stem and chop into small bits- Peel & chop the red onion- Peel & chop the garlic- Peel the celeriac and slice into thin strips- Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core
Bake the pears, celeriac and onions:- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celscius,- Line a baking tray with baking paper.- Spread the onion, celeriac and pears onto the baking tray,- Cover with olive oil, the chopped thyme, some pepper and (optionally) some salt and put in the oven for 20 mins
Prepare & marinate the pork chopsMix the crushed garlic, mustard, honey and paprika powderCover the pork chops with the seasoning
Finalise the dish:Remove the baking tray from the oven, turn over the contents and add the pork chops.Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the chops are cooked
