This easy-to-make shake uses only skimmed milk, ice, Chocolate Shake Mix Powder and protein powder. Contains 8.5g of protein before adding protein powder (see details below) Ideal as a quick meal or part of a weight loss diet plan.

- 1 Blender or smoothie maker
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Shake mix powder
- 250 ml Low fat milk or oat milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp Protein powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender as shown in the video, or use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.
- Blend until your shake is smooth and has a creamy texture.
