Equipment
- 1 Blender or smoothie maker
Ingredients
- 250 ml Skimmed or Semi skimmed Milk
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter smooth
- 1 Sliced frozen banana
Instructions
- Add the milk into the blender
- Add the sliced frozen banana into blender
- Add the peanut butter
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into glass
