2 items that make a difference
1. Fresh dill
Fresh dill can be bought in many shops – either a bunch of leaves in a bag or ‘living’ plant in a pot.
However..
It is very easy to grow at home, and fresh leaves from your own plant will taste even better than shop bought ones.
Dill is key to many recipes – our growing guide below also gives examples of dill recipes & cooking advice.
2. Salmon
As you might have noticed we tend to use salmon in many recipes.
For example Rosemary maple salmon, germidour garlic roast salmon (pictured), Etc.
Salmon is considered a ‘super food’ very rich in omega, protein & potassium
However when using salmon do get better quality salmon (like Scottish salmon slices) as they will taste a lot nicer. Yes, they do tend to cost more but the taste is worth it.

It was so easy to make with a lovely flavour. The lemon & dill work really well together and great as part of a low calorie diet plan.
Lovely flavour but I did add more lemon juice (1 whole lemon and not a 1/2 one)
